Refunds

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. There will be no refunds for any treatment packages previously purchased.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • The customer is diagnosed with a new medical condition that may affect their suitability for Regina’s services.
  • However, official medical documents must be provided to our staff for verification.

Rights to Refuse Service

Regina reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

No Show

In order to respect the time of our staff, if you do not keep to your allocated appointment slot, you will be subject to a no show fee charge of 100% of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis (subjected to availability).

Late For Appointment

Please be courteous to our staff and other customers. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
