Refunds

All sales are final. There will be no refunds for any treatment packages previously purchased.

Exceptions may be considered if:

    • The customer is diagnosed with a new medical condition that may affect their suitability for Regina’s services.
      • However, official medical documents must be provided to our staff for verification.

Assignment of Service Staff

Regina Beauty reserve the rights to assign any suitable staff to provide service to our customers.

Rights to Refuse Service

Regina Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Cancellation of Appointments/No-show

We value the time of our clients and staff. Therefore, any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled services.

For lifetime hair removal, we will re-schedule you, subjected to the availability of time slots.

Loss or Damages

The management will not be liable for any loss or damages in any case where the customer did not declare any of his/her pre-existing health conditions or other medical concerns that may negatively impact their suitability for the services that Regina Beauty provides.
